Listing Products

Green2Green℠ is excited to offer green product manufacturers the ability to list products on the site themselves. In order to list products, you'll need to be registered as a manufacturer and logged into the site. If you are not the product manufacturer, you can suggest a product to us, or better yet, contact the manufacturer and tell them about Green2Green!

List Product is under your account in the menus, just past the your products section.

Once you get to the listing page, it will ask you to specify a factory for the product you are going to list. This factory, or final assembly point, is the distance that is presented to the users of the system. Green2Green assumes that in the case of multiple factories for a given product, the product will be shipped from the closest factory location to the user. Needless to say, if you do not have any factories entered under your account, you will be asked to enter at least one in order to list a product assembled there.

After the general product information page, you will be directed to the detail edit screen of the system, for the product you just entered. Here you put in the specific data that Green2Green users, and the system itself, uses to make environmentally sensible comparisons between your product and it's competitors.
